Every Appalachian Trail section-hiker and family of a thru-hikers needs this map to track their progress!

I thru-hiked the AT in 2013. In going through my trail journals, I remembered all the trail towns and special places along my adventure. Creating this map was the best way to remember this amazing journey for my 10-year Appalachian Trail-a-verssary. I hope this map inspires and encourages fellow hikers to get out on their own journey to create special memories.

This hand-drawn map features the most common resupply towns and points of interest along the iconic trail. Color-in your sections or follow along with a loved one to personalize your map. A great gift for aspiring or completed thru-hikers to commemorate and remember their amazing journey.

Mounting Your Map

There are a few ways to frame the "Color your trail hiking map" so you do not have to remove the map from the glass every time you would like to color.

*My favorite* You can take your map to a professional framer and they can mount the poster to foam board. This allows you to put your map in a frame without the glass. If you are crafty, you can mount the poster yourself by purchasing mounting spray from your local craft store.

You can also use white board markers on top of the glass to color the trails. Then you can erase and start fresh every season, year, or simply to change the color!

Flattening Your Map

Maps and large prints are rolled in newsprint. When unravelling, carefully tear the outter newsprint and your map will be inside. Place a few books or heavy items on the corners/edges and it should flatten right out.

Custom Maps

Want a different background color or your names personalized on your map? Email me with your request and I can send you a quote for your idea!

Adding custom options or color to your map will take approx. 2 - 3 weeks to receive.

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Only once the item is returned will any credit or exchange be issued.

Maps, Prints, Cards & Gifts
These items can be returned if they have not been unrolled or removed from their original packaging.

Apparel
All apparel can be exchanged or returned in their original condition. Items must be unwashed and not worn. Please message before returning so I can set aside the exchange as I stock small inventory.
